Behind every design by Chan Luu is a story inspired by nature, world cultures, and Chan's design aesthetic focused on purity. Originally from Vietnam, Chan Luu relocated to Boston and later Los Angeles to pursue a degree in Fashion Design at the Fashion Institute of Design in 1975. In 1982, she opened her own boutique and started designing her own accessories in 1996.
