Chan Luu is a renowned designer of jewelry, accessories, and ready-to-wear. Originally from Vietnam, she relocated to Boston in 1972 and obtained a B.A. in Business Administration from Boston University. In 1975, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue her passion for fashion design and received a degree in Fashion Design from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising.
In 1996, Chan Luu founded her own boutique in Rolling Hills Estates, offering a curated selection of European designer clothing and accessories for women. That marked the beginning of Chan Luu, Inc. Since then, she has gained recognition for her unique ability to combine organic shapes with contemporary concepts, resulting in wearable, hand-made pieces that set her apart.
One of her most popular creations is the wrap bracelet, which comes in a variety of options such as hand-cut semi-precious stones, sterling silver, gold vermeil, and custom dyed leathers. Chan Luu's designs have been featured in top fashion magazines and have been worn by numerous celebrities in Hollywood.
